COACHING PHILOSOPHY

I Believe That Real Growth Happens From the Inside Out.

Unlock Your Potential Through Transformative Coaching

Each of us have strengths that may be under or sometimes over-utilized which can stand in the way of taking our performance to the next level. Executive coaching can be instrumental in facilitating the opportunity to gain insight into our experiences which can become even more transformative when viewed through a new lens.

To achieve real growth, I believe that coaching should combine insight-inspiring reflection and feedback with actionable, tactical ways of achieving your personal and professional goals.  The foundation of a coaching relationship is trust. In order to build trust, I listen deeply to understand your experience, your views and your goals. Along the journey, I leverage and offer feedback to help you make choices about the decisions you’re facing. In working with clients, I have come to understand  that you have many of the best answers to your most challenging questions.  We find those answers together by creating opportunities for self-awareness and reflection and by experimenting with new ways of doing things. (As Albert Einstein said: “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different outcome”.)

As a coach, I am told that my ‘stories from the field’ drive some of the most valuable and unique insights for my clients as they apply these lessons to their own lives.
